The website lets you start a conversation by WhatsApp, telephone, or email. It does not currently provide a patient portal or a medical-record, imaging, or file-upload system.

Before sending studies, reports, or images, contact the clinic for instructions on the appropriate channel and the information needed for your case. Avoid including information that is not needed to coordinate care.

Information shared when contacting the clinic is used to respond to the request and coordinate care. This informational notice does not replace a formal consent process or an individual explanation of clinical-data handling.
